Call for Prayer & Important Updates re: Covid-19

Mustard Seed International joins countries around the world in prayer for the millions affected by COVID-19. In a climate of panic and fear, we choose to turn our attention to the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth, because He alone is our Help (Psalm 121).

Our field workers, students and children in Southeast Asia are not exempt from this trial. Just like in North America, our school buildings have closed and, where possible, studies continue remotely and online. We continue to monitor the situation and put a high priority on the health and safety of our staff, students and children.

As we are asked to practice social distancing for the safety of everyone, we pray that we will find creative ways to build relationships and strengthen bonds with others.  We pray for God to give us love and wisdom so that we can continue to care for our families, friends and neighbours. We are all in this together and we want you to know that we are here for you. If you have prayer requests at this time, please feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you for your prayers and financial support in the midst of this challenging time. Ongoing donations allow us to provide resources and aide to assist our field operations as they navigate the realities of this global pandemic. If you wish to make a donation to support our students and children, you may use the online donation platform below.

In an effort to be in compliance with government mandates, our North America office is closed and our staff is working from home until further notice. Serving the ongoing needs our donors remains our top priority, however, there may be unavoidable delays in processing times. If you require administrative assistance at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will continue to communicate with you through our online platform. Please stay connected with us using the social media links at the very bottom of this page.

With God, together we can fight this. Let not our hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid, as Christ left His peace with us (John 14:27).

Blessings,

The MSI Team

Psalm 121: 1-8
I lift up my eyes to the mountains, where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip. He who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD watches over you, the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm, he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
