Go the Distance Challenge
On the Island of Promise, two things are both sacred and scarce: education and clean drinking water.
Children walk many miles each day over steep and grassy slopes in search of these critical resources.
At Mustard Seed schools, they can get both in one location.
Will you go the distance for children on the Island of Promise?
Summer is the most challenging time for children on the Island of Promise.
Since water is difficult to find, many children have to miss school to seek out water for their families.
Mustard Seed helps children to stay educated by opening schools in their village that provide clean water. We also make sure that after the long walk, they find loving and dedicated educators eager to teach them.
The #GoTheDistance Challenge raises funds to open Mustard Seed schools and send highly trained Christian teachers to remote villages.
This June, will you go the distance so children on the Island of Promise can continue to receive quality education and clean water?
