TfN Alumnus Paul, found himself looking back on his school’s chosen theme, “Winners,” and how it has resonated with his journey as an educator.
TfN links three distinct stages of ministry, connecting them through strategic investment in each stage, as follows:
TfN graduates are more than just teachers—they are educators, leaders, and catalysts for change. Through an extensive 8-year program, TfN equips trainees with the skills and knowledge to inspire, influence, and transform their communities, society, and culture.
TfN trainees pursue their education across two dynamic campuses.
At the local university, they work toward earning a bachelor degree, gaining the academic foundation needed for skilled teaching. Meanwhile, they engage in a comprehensive training program designed to refine their calling, strengthen their character, and develop impactful leadership.
After completing their bachelor's degree and teaching internships, TfN alumni are empowered to chart their own paths. Many pursue higher education, while others embark on careers in teaching or government service. Some choose to stay connected to MSI by working at our sites, and others return to their villages to establish schools and contribute to their communities.
