DECEMBER 1 / MALACHI 3:1-12
Dear God, we dedicate the first day of December in gratitude for every blessing that You have given to us. May we continue to bless other people so they might glorify You.

DECEMBER 2 / PHILIPPIANS 1:1-11
Lord, we are grateful for the people who gathered at the MSI Annual Event last month. May the seeds they plant prosper, and continue prospering.

DECEMBER 3 / PHILIPPIANS 1:12-30
We give thanks to God that MSI’s site leaders Dean & Jita were able to come back safely to Java to seek the medical attention they needed.

DECEMBER 4-5 / PHILIPPIANS 2:1-30
Lord, thank You for answering our prayers. Covid-19 cases in Indonesia have decreased and some of our schools are going back to on-site learning.

DECEMBER 6 / LUKE 3:1-20
Lord, we ask that You give wisdom to MSI leaders who serve in the field. May they obtain favor and a good reputation in the sight of God and man.

DECEMBER 7 / ZEPHANIAH 3:6-20
We give thanks to God for two students from Rusen Island that are able to continue studying at MSI’s Lab School in Java.

DECEMBER 8 / PHILIPPIANS 3:1-16
Lord, we give thanks that the local government appointed CI School in Java as the resource center for students with special needs. May they continue to shine for the community around them!

DECEMBER 9 / PHILIPPIANS 3:17-4:3
Lord, we pray for 16 students with special needs that were sent to CI School in Java. May You provide a classroom for them and continue to provide teachers who understand their needs.

DECEMBER 10-11 / PHILIPPIANS 4:4-23
Lord, we pray for each Christmas celebration in our schools. May the students encounter Your love through the rehearsals, shows, events, and gatherings.

DECEMBER 12 / LUKE 7:18-35
We continue to pray for seven staff members at CI School who gained opportunities to further their education. Praise God for the faithful donor who helped with tuition payments. May God continue to provide for their financial needs.

DECEMBER 13 / MICAH 1:1-16
Praise the Lord for the 20th anniversary of MSI’s Lab School today! Pray for everyone involved in the celebration to be filled with gratitude for the past and hope for the future.

DECEMBER 14 / MICAH 2:1-13
Congratulations on the wedding of Jonathan (TfN Intern) and Ani (Principal of Blessings Preschool). May God provide everything they need as a new family.

DECEMBER 15 / MICAH 3:1-12
Lord, we pray for Pastor Santosa & Leah’s trip to villages in Borneo to celebrate Christmas with the indigenous communities.

DECEMBER 16 / MICAH 5:2-15
We give thanks for the students on Nipa Island. May they learn obedience and discipline through the love and teachings shared by the teachers.

DECEMBER 17 / MICAH 6:1-16
Lord Jesus, we lift up every TfN trainee and intern who can’t be with their families and are feeling homesick this Christmas. May they learn to discover home right where they are.

DECEMBER 18-19 / MICAH 7:1-20
We seek Your protection, Lord, for MSI supporters who plan to travel and gather with family and friends for the holidays. May they share Your love and joyful moments.

DECEMBER 20 / TITUS 1:1-16
We pray for every worker, teacher, and student who is traveling home to be with their families. May they get the time they need to rest and refuel.

DECEMBER 21 / TITUS 2:1-15
We pray for the children under the care of Pastor Santosa & Leah in the River Village. They need new school supplies, food, and clothing.

DECEMBER 22 / TITUS 3:1-15
We lift up Mia (TfN trainee) who prays for her six students to shine among hundreds from the majority faith.

DECEMBER 23 / PSALM 101
Please pray for TfN intern, Lionel, who teaches grade one. He longs to know each student and understand their struggle to follow directions.

DECEMBER 24 / LUKE 2:1-20
We pray for the community surrounding the school on Nipa Island. May God open ways for them to feel His love through the school this Christmas.

DECEMBER 25-26 / JOHN 1:1-14
Lord, this Christmas we want to remember Your love by relieving the burdens of others and setting troubled people free. May our lives continue to bless those around us!

DECEMBER 27 / PSALM 116
Lord, we give thanks for more people who’ve come to know You at Slippery Rock. Please provide for the needs of the new community who are building a place to worship You.

DECEMBER 28 / ISAIAH 63:15-64:12
We pray for the dream of CI School to have their own land and permanent school building.

DECEMBER 29 / 1 CORINTHIANS 29:10-20
As we celebrate Lillian Dickson’s birthday today, we are grateful for 18 new families at Slippery Rock, one of Lillian’s legacy locations. Please pray for Pastor Sani & Elka who are leading this new community of farmers.

DECEMBER 30 / JUDGES 5:1-18
Please pray for TfN intern, Michael, who asks the Lord to train him to be patient when teaching students.

DECEMBER 31 / JOHN 13:31-35
Heavenly Father, as we come to the end of the year, we thank You for giving us the opportunity to be a part of the lives of children, students, teachers, and MSI’s leaders in Indonesia. May they boldly continue to demonstrate and proclaim Your love and grace.
