DECEMBER 1 / LUKE 1:5-25
This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it! May we continue to bless the work in Indonesia so that His name be glorified.

DECEMBER 2 / MATTHEW 3:1-12
We are grateful for the virtual event where donors and field workers met last month. May the seeds planted continue to grow and prosper.

DECEMBER 3-4 / ROMANS 15:1-13
We are grateful for the 11 new TransformNation (TfN) teacher-trainees (Class J). May God provide new sponsors to support and bless them.

DECEMBER 5 / ISAIAH 11
Lord, we give thanks for the new computer lab on the Island of Promise. Bless all MSI donors who made it possible for the school to purchase 21 computers for the students.

DECEMBER 6 / JAMES 1:1-18
Lord, have mercy on Your people in Tirta’s village (TfN alumnus). There is a tuberculosis plague with fatalities and limited healthcare providers to help them.

DECEMBER 7 / JAMES 2:14-26
We give thanks to God for the 147 students served through the MYC discipleship program. Please pray for their spiritual growth.

DECEMBER 8 / JAMES 3
Praise God for sending us TfN interns who are ready to live in difficult circumstances, with many hardships, so that children have the opportunity to hear the Good News.

DECEMBER 9 / JAMES 4
Please pray that TfN interns’ teaching skills would be a tremendous blessing to children, showing them the riches that God has in store for them.

DECEMBER 10-11 / JAMES 5
We pray for the need of new books and educational toys for Blessing Preschool.

DECEMBER 12 / ISAIAH 7:1-16
Praise the Lord for the opportunity to try new curriculum at TfN with positive results.

DECEMBER 13 / ISAIAH 7:17–8:10
Pray that the new TfN curriculum would produce teachers who are capable and able to balance their teaching load with sharing God’s love in their communities.

DECEMBER 14 / ISAIAH 8:11–9:7
Lord, we ask You to give wisdom to MSI leaders who serve in the field. May they obtain favor and a good reputation in the sight of God and man.

DECEMBER 15 / ISAIAH 44:1-20
Lord, we pray for the Holy Spirit to convict parents
on Gapanau Island about the importance of their children’s education.

DECEMBER 16 / ISAIAH 44:21–45:8
Pray for God to use the team on Gapanau Island to bring His hope and love to very needy people.

DECEMBER 17-18 / ROMANS 1:1-15
Lord Jesus, we lift up every TfN trainee and intern who can’t be with their families and are feeling homesick this Christmas. May they learn to discover home right where they are.

DECEMBER 19 / ROMANS 1:16-32
We seek Your protection, Lord, for MSI supporters who plan to travel and gather with family and friends for the holidays. May they share Your love and joyful moments.

DECEMBER 20 / TITUS 2
We pray for every field worker, teacher, and student who is traveling home to be with their families. May they get the time they need to rest and refuel.

DECEMBER 21 / TITUS 3
Please pray for the children under the care of C Empowerment Center who receive mentoring, food,
and after-school activities.

DECEMBER 22 / PSALM 96
Pray for Michael (TfN intern) who tutors students who are struggling academically. May he employ the necessary tools and strategies to help them succeed.

DECEMBER 23 / PSALM 97
Lord, we pray for Christmas gatherings in our schools. May the students encounter Your love through the celebrations.

DECEMBER 24-25 / LUKE 2:1-14
Let’s celebrate Christmas by relieving the burdens of others and setting troubled people free. May our lives continue to bless those around us!

DECEMBER 26 / HEBREWS 1
Please pray for the community of street kids near the Ladybug Development Center. May God use the center to share His love with them this Christmas.

DECEMBER 27 / 1 JOHN 1:1–2:2
Lord, we give thanks for more people who’ve come to know You through MYC this year. Pray for them to fully trust the Lord and grow in their faith.

DECEMBER 28 / 1 CHRONICLES 29:1-20
We pray for Kashi (TfN alumna) who leads MSI’s partner school in Highland Papua. She asks for wisdom, strength, and the gift of discernment.

DECEMBER 29 / GALATIANS 3:26–4:11
As we celebrate Lillian Dickson’s birthday today, we are grateful for the new Bible School at the River Village. May the Lord send more students to reach out to remote communities on the island.

DECEMBER 30 / NUMBERS 6:22-27
Please pray for healing for Rasi who suffered a broken arm because of a motorcycle accident in Papua.

DECEMBER 31 / LUKE 2:15-21
Heavenly Father, as we come to the end of the year, we thank You for giving us the opportunity to be a part of the lives of children, students, teachers, and MSI’s leaders in Indonesia. May they boldly continue to demonstrate and proclaim Your love and grace.
