My name is Ratan. I was born into a very poor family, about 20 years ago. I came to Good News Children Education Mission for the chance to go to [a Mustard Seed International] school. But along with my studies, I learned about Jesus too; about his love for me and for other people like me. I experienced Jesus’ love, his grace and mercy.
After graduating I stayed on and began teaching. I was totally absorbed in my work. Today, I realise that it is Jesus Christ’s love that has brought me to where I am and it is His Grace and mercy that has prevented me from getting lost in the mire of this world.
Years ago, I came to Good News Children Education Mission (GNCEM) for the chance to go to school. But along with my studies, I learned about Jesus; about his love for me and for other people like me. I experienced Jesus’ love, his grace and mercy. And today I continue to love my work with GNCEM at the Gobindopur church and Boy’s Hostel in Malancha.
