OCTOBER 1 / MARK 10:1-16
Praise the Lord that He has inspired the MSI field team with a new theme “Straight from the Heart.” May they be able to live it out!
OCTOBER 2-3 / GENESIS 2:4-25
We are grateful that God has given MSI field workers, Mrs. Wilson and Ery, a healthy baby boy. Please pray for this little family as they serve God on the Island of Promise.
OCTOBER 4 / HEBREWS 1:1-14
We give thanks to God that our students, field workers, and their families who contracted the Covid-19 virus have regained their health.
OCTOBER 5 / HEBREWS 2:1-18
Lord, we pray for those who are still sick from any kind of diseases, we believe that Jesus’ blood is able to cure any sickness.
OCTOBER 6 / HEBREWS 3:1-19
Please pray for our field workers and students who lost family members because of the Covid-19 virus. May God comfort them and give them peace.
OCTOBER 7 / HEBREWS 4:1-13
Lord, we ask that You give protection to MSI leaders who serve in the field. May they rely on You as they navigate through this pandemic.
OCTOBER 8 / PSALM 90
Please pray for Karin, a TransformNation (TfN) student, to be able to communicate well with her students and the management of the school where she serves.
OCTOBER 9-10 / MARK 10:17-34
Lord Jesus, bless every TfN student who finds it challenging to do distance learning without a personal laptop. Praise God for the the laptop matching program and the donors who make it possible!
OCTOBER 11 / PSALM 65
Dear God, we want to dedicate this day only to be grateful for every blessing that You have given to us. May we be able to bless other people so they might see You through our deeds.
OCTOBER 12 / JOB 38:19-41
We are grateful that seven staff at CI School gained opportunities to further their education. Lord, please provide for their financial needs.
OCTOBER 13 / HEBREWS 5:11-6:12
All praise to God that in the midst of the pandemic, CI School has opened their first junior high school. Please pray for the 11 students that God sent to this school.
OCTOBER 14 / HEBREWS 6:13-7:14
We lift up Mia, a TfN student, in our prayers. She prays for her students to get to know Christ through her teaching.
OCTOBER 15 / AMOS 1:1-15
Lord, we pray for every teacher who serves You through MSI schools. Guide them so that they would put You first and experience joy in their busy times.
OCTOBER 16-17 / AMOS 2:1-16
We give thanks for the new classrooms opened on Rusen Island. May God bless the staff, teachers, and students.
OCTOBER 18 / PSALM 91
Lord Jesus, one of the businesses managed by Seeds of Hope (SOH) Children’s Home in Bali had to close down due to the pandemic. Please open a way for them to be financially secure during this challenging time.
OCTOBER 19 / HEBREWS 7:15-28
Lord, we pray for Doria, a TfN student. She asks for wisdom to nurture her relationship with a very timid and closed-off student whom she currently disciples.
OCTOBER 20 / HEBREWS 8
We pray for Siela, Vano, and Nancy who lead the students in the Spice Islands. They ask for God’s strength to live out this year’s theme, to love straight from their hearts.
OCTOBER 21 / LEVITICUS 9
We pray for TfN graduates who have plans to continue their studies to earn master’s degrees in education. May God bless their plans and
provide their needs.
OCTOBER 22 / JOB 42:1-17
We pray for Paul, a TfN graduate, who dreams of opening a school in his village.
OCTOBER 23-24 / PSALM 35
Lord, we pray for Kashi, a principal at MSI’s partner school, who is experiencing a big challenge in guiding a student who is trapped in an unholy pre-marital relationship.
OCTOBER 25 / PSALM 36
We pray for Anton & Sinta, MSI leaders in CI School, who are facing financial challenges. May God provide and give them breakthrough.
OCTOBER 26 / MARK 12:28-37
Lord, we give thanks to You that You have placed two more children under the care of Sani & Elka. They are victims of broken homes and abandoned by their parents. May they find Your everlasting love in their new home.
OCTOBER 27 / JUDE 1-25
We pray for Netia, a TfN student, who is
struggling to manage her time. She asks God to guide her to focus and not get caught up in trying to please people.
OCTOBER 28 / HEBREWS 9:1-14
We pray for the dream of CI School to have their own land and permanent school building.
OCTOBER 29 / HEBREWS 9:15-28
We praise You, Lord, that You give strength to the students on Rusen Island as they transition to full day school. Bless the relationshipbetween students and their teachers, and the teachers with their parents.
OCTOBER 30-31 / ROMANS 3:9-31
Lord, we are grateful that You provided workers at M Youth Centre, and through them another 20 children have come to know You. Bless their new journey with You so they continue to grow.
