We are Overcomers
If a microscopic virus can do this much damage, imagine what mustard seed sized faith can do!Overcoming in Southeast Asia
The pandemic is impacting all aspects of life in Southeast Asia. Schools are closed and job loss is on the rise. With no government support, parents are struggling to feed their families, much less pay tuition. Village teachers serving in remote areas report that they are experiencing food shortages. In many of the villages where Mustard Seed serves, there is no reliable source of clean water or soap to promote proper hand washing.
We ask you to prayerfully consider blessing those in need in Southeast Asia. If you have the ability to help financially at this time, you will be providing food, paying tuition and sending additional resources to frontline workers for distribution. Remote villages will continue to experience God’s hand of provision through the work of Mustard Seed because of your generous support.
Support Our Frontline Workers
Tuition Subsidy
Families in financial distress are supported with tuition subsidy. Whenever possible, distance learning is implemented at Mustard Seed schools so children can continue to receiving high quality education.
Improving Health Care
New health care procedures are implemented in our schools, communities and children's homes, ranging from constructing dedicated hand washing stations, temperature checking, providing face masks, community awareness training, and distributing vitamins & sanitizers.
Food Distribution
Hand in hand with communities, our site leaders are actively distributing food to families who have lost income. Our children's homes keep feeding the children with nutritious food, and our Victory Place garden is distributing thousands of ready-to-plant organic seedlings.
Spiritual Support
Everyday, prayer warriors ask for God's wisdom for Mustard Seed to navigate this crisis. Teachers, students, and TransformNation students are actively joining online morning prayers. They practice their faith by blessing their community with courageous acts of love.
