Having met Lillian Dickson in the 1950s and been a member of the Boards supporting the work in Indonesia for many years, it was a great privilege to see with my own eyes what we have been praying for and supporting for so many years. It was good to see our model school, CNA, the Hope children’s home, and several other locations where our leaders are working with children and students. Of particular interest was speaking with students from small communities who were gaining a basic education and also being trained to go back to their villages as teachers with a heart to introduce children to Jesus as well as provide a basic education.
