The vision of TransformNation is to spark a movement of spiritual transformation in Indonesia through teacher education.  This leadership development program provides MSI schools with their most valuable resources: high-quality teachers who are empowered to transform the schools and communities in which they serve.  High school graduates come from cities and villages throughout Indonesia to enroll at TransformNation, receive a scholarship through MSI, and commit to serve a MSI project for at least four years when they graduate.  They spend their days studying in a local accredited teachers college, being mentored by the experienced MSI team, learning creative methods in education by teaching in MSI’s flagship school, developing their leadership skills and experiencing authentic community at the MSI dorm while they are spiritually shepherded by dorm parents.  Once they graduate, they are sent out to bring the hope of Jesus to the unreached and transformative Christian education to young minds and hearts.  Currently, TransformNation has 18 students and 14 staff, but these numbers are constantly growing as the program continues to increase and develop daily.
