Sunday April 01: Mark 15.42-16.8 Happy Easter! Thank the Lord for the power of His resurrection. May we live lives that are worthy of His sacrifice.
02: Daniel 6 Please pray that MSI leadership in the field would find great favor with those who hold positions of authority.
03-04: Acts 4 Praise God that Lloyd & Grace’s son is adjusting to being back in the field after a long furlough. Please continue to pray for peaceful sleep for him.
05: Psalm 132-134 Please pray for an MSI board member who needs healing after a fall.
06: 1 Chronicles 17.1-15 Please pray that the newest group of TfN students will continue to progress in their relationships – with God, their parents and others.
07: John 20.19-31 Please pray for children who grow up on the field and then need to transition to life in the country of their passport. May the joy of the Lord be their strength.
Sunday 08: 1 John 1 Please pray that MSI would be able to expand our influence and branch into areas that have not been touched by education.
09: 1 John 2 Please pray that students from animistic upbringings would embrace the love and hope of Jesus.
10: 1 John 3 Praise God for eight salvations and baptisms performed by Pastor Sani at Slippery Rock Children’s Home!
11: Acts 3 Please pray for the TfN students from remote areas who are struggling academically. They are often hesitant to interact because they differ in the areas of language & culture, which has caused them to suffer rejection in the past.
12-13: Acts 5 Thank God for the MSI board and leadership team for their faithful stewardship of what He has entrusted to us.
14-Sunday 15: Luke 24.13-53 Praise God for Kiera’s success in conducting research where students are struggling academically. We thank God for this time of learning and new insights that will help to improve the work at TFN.
16: Psalm 23 Pray that the needs of those working in the field would be met by the Lord and He would be glorified.
17-18: Psalm 118 Praise the Lord that He is close to those who are hurting and takes our worries away. Please pray for anyone who is grieving or burdened with anxiety today.
19-20: Ezekiel 34 Praise God for the provision of land for a growing school! Please pray for the finances needed to start building the school.
21: Revelation 7 Please pray for the children at Seeds of Hope Children’s Home that they would be filled with life, peace and hope in Christ.
Sunday 22: John 10.1-21 Pray for the leadership at CEC, that they would hear & follow the leading of Jesus, the Good Shepherd, in all they do.
23-24: Acts 8 Please pray for boldness, confidence and protection for MSI field workers as they share the Good News about Jesus.
25: Mark 16 Thank the Lord that Jesus is alive! Please pray for this to be real to the teenagers at M Youth Centre.
26: 1 John 4 Please pray that God’s love would abound amongst our TfN students.
27: Isaiah 5.1-7 Please pray for an MSI team member who celebrates her birthday today! She is giving her retirement years to serving the Lord on the field. Pray for a beautiful day filled with reminders of God's love & faithfulness to her.
28: John 15.1-8 Please pray that MSI leadership would remain joined to Jesus and bear much fruit.
Sunday 29-30: Ezekiel 17 Please pray for approval of activity permits for Victory Place. Also pray for the surrounding community to be open and receptive to Victory Place.
