LOOKING AHEAD WITH EXCITEMENT

As we look ahead to 2026, I want to take a moment to thank you for your prayers, support, and partnership. I remain deeply encouraged by your trust, amazed by your generosity, and inspired by your heart to share God’s love with children and families on the other side of the world.
As I reflect on 2025, two themes come to mind: gratitude and excitement.
We’re overwhelmed with gratitude for God’s goodness and faithfulness, clearly seen in the growth of this good work and your continued support. Whether you’ve been praying with us, writing letters to our TransformNation students, or giving sacrificially, your partnership has helped move the mission forward in significant ways.
Thirteen new TransformNation trainees were accepted in 2025—five of which are male!
This past year, we were thrilled to welcome thirteen new TransformNation trainees into the program, while celebrating eight graduates who are now serving in schools across Indonesia. Many of them are working in challenging environments, and we are reminded daily of the importance of your prayers as they share God’s love where it’s needed most.
One of the standout moments of 2025 was the Go the Distance Challenge. We were blown away by the level of participation and generosity from our community. Whether you walked, ran, biked, or cheered from the sidelines, you helped raise critical support and awareness for the students and teachers serving in remote areas of Indonesia. It was more than a fundraiser, it was a beautiful expression of solidarity, commitment, and love in action. Thank you for going thedistance with us!
Eight TransformNation graduates completed Phase 1 of the program and are now faithfully serving in schools across Indonesia.
We’re also especially thankful for the incredible leadership on the ground in Indonesia, and for the field workers serving faithfully across the nation. Their dedication propels the vision forward and opens doors to what’s ahead. As a North American team, we’ve felt a renewed call to uphold them in prayer and we invite you to join us.
Layered on top of this gratitude is a growing sense of excitement for what lies ahead. During our North American team’s visit to Indonesia this past summer, we were inspired by the vision and momentum of our Indonesian leadership team. God is clearly at work and continues to provide opportunities to launch new schools, expand existing ones, and multiply the efforts of TransformNation graduates, many of whom are serving in difficult and under-served places.
We hope your heart is encouraged by what God is doing through Mustard Seed and by the part you play in it.
